From an early age I have been performing in dance shows in theatres across the country. Having sustained many of the common injuries that are prone to dancers, I now have valuable insight on how these injuries occur and what can be done to treat them. I started my career as a massage therapist, then I progressed on to Sports therapy.
I studied at the Active Health Academy in Manchester, acquiring a distinction for Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Clinical Sports Therapy. I later followed this up with a qualification in Manipulative Therapy.
I am a member of The Sports Therapy Organisation and I am fully insured with Balens and Westminster – Indemnity. To further develop my skills and knowledge, I am currently studying Osteopathy with College of Osteopaths at Staffordshire University.
